Richard Preschern, CEO and Co-Founder
Richard actively traded FX as an independent trader and electronic market-maker on and off the floor in Chicago from 2000-2014 before focusing on fully automated FX strategies. Richard specializes in optimizing FX trading strategies and risk management solutions.

Dr. Michael Schwaiger, CFO and Co-Founder
Prior to co-founding RoboSig, Michael commenced his professional career in banking. As director of a regional Austrian bank, he was in charge of the loan department as well as the underlying risk management. In that role, Michael gained experience in commercial risk management.
Michael holds University degrees in Engineering and Economics as well as a PhD in Commercial Law from Johannes Kepler University.

Mike Gionfriddo, CTO
Mike’s executive leadership experience encompasses delivering innovative and successful products by combining deep technical expertise with an innately strong business acumen. Mike was most recently CTO for Blackhawk Network, a global leader in payments. His technology strategy helped Blackhawk grow to over a $2B in market cap. Mike’s accomplishments span multiple industries including FinTech, Energy, Media, and Technology, where he has been able to pioneer innovations in Java, cloud computing, and payments. Mike was awarded the Distinguished Engineer title at Sun Microsystems and holds multiple patents. He is an accomplished speaker and has been published on numerous occasions. Mike holds a B.S from Carnegie-Mellon in Mathematics and Computer Science.
Marc Dwyer, COO
Marc began his career as an independent FX trader and electronic market maker at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. After trading and before joining RoboSig, Marc worked as a Senior Manager in Operations and Strategy for a global distributor. Experienced in both business and FX strategies, Marc is in charge of RoboSig’s business operations.
Marc graduated with degrees in Economics and Business from Northwestern University and later graduated with an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Ullas is a seasoned venture capitalist, angel investor and entrepreneur with over two decades of entrepreneurial and early-stage investment experience across over 350 companies. Prior to founding Streamlined Ventures, he co-founded investment firm Cota Capital. Prior to that, Ullas was a senior member of the investment team for 12 years at Globespan Capital and helped build the firm. Ullas was recently recognized by Forbes as one of the top 50 Angel Investors globally. Before his institutional investing career Ullas was a top-ranked Wall Street research analyst at FAC Equities/First Albany. He was recognized by the Wall Street Journal and Fortune Magazine as a Wall Street All Star.
Dieter Marlovics acts as technology adviser. Currently, he is Founder and CEO of ReallyColor, LLC, which has built patented technology that allows users to turn their photos into coloring pages. Prior to founding ReallyColor, Dieter was a Partner and Chief Information Officer for Gelber Group, LLC, an algorithmic global proprietary trading firm.
Dieter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management.
